Taco Soup
Taco Soup is a hearty and filling meal that is best cooked in a slow cooker. Left to simmer, this soup will be ready to eat when you get home.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Hamburger
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 - Can of Pinto Beans
- 1 - Can of Kidney Beans
- 1 - Can of Navy Beans
- 1 - Can of Hominy or Garbanzo Beans
- 1 - Can of Rotel Diced Chiles and Tomatoes
- 1 - Package of Dry Ranch Dressing
- 1 - Package of Taco Seasoning
Peel and chop onion. Brown hamburger with onion and drain grease. Add the hamburger with onion, pinto beans, kidney beans, navy beans, hominy (or garbanzo beans), Rotel, packet of Ranch Dressing and taco seasoning to slow cooker. Cook on High for 2 to 3 hours, low for 4 to 6 hours.
Great alone or you may garnish with any of your choices of the following:
- Cornbread
- Flavored or Unflavored tortilla chips
- Shredded Cheese
- Sour Cream
