One of our favorites and a little different than most pumpkin pie recipes you will find. Enjoy!
- 2 - Eggs, beaten
- 1 - Can of pumkin
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (we always add more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- Dash of Allspice
- 1 - Can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 - Refrigerated pie crust or homemade pie crust
Mix ingredients. Pour in a 9" pie pan and bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
