Abby’s Pecan Pie

This pecan pie has been a favorite in our family for decades. We've tried others, but always come back to this one. Our friends love it, too. Give it a try and you'll see why it's another of our favorites.

Ingredients:

  • 1  -  Cup White Corn Syrup
  • 1  -  Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup  -  Melted Butter
  • 12oz. Pecan Halves
  • 3  -  Whole Eggs, beaten
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1  -  Refrigerated or homemade pie crust

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool. Serve alone or with Cool Whip topping.
